At Five Foot Productions, we deliver high-quality content to client within the Central Illinois area and we’re growing! We’re looking for a special person to take on creative video editing projects that meet and exceed our client’s expectations, who want to hone their storytelling and editing skills, and who want to grow with us. We manage multiple fantastic clients and love what we do!
Main Responsibilities
Work closely with producer on conceptualizing and executing final deliverables
Edit promotional videos, including short form narrative videos, micro docs, online promotional videos, training videos, event coverage videos, product demos, broadcast commercials, and so much more.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professional quality in all work
Develop and create digital assets such as lower thirds, titles, creative motion graphics.
Address and execute client feedback and requests during review process
Manage and organize media files
General video equipment management
Assist with on location shoots from time to time
Ideally, we would like to fill this position for 10-15 hours per week. There is a possibility for more regular hours in the future We offer flexible scheduling Monday-Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM.
Required
Associates degree in communications field
Experience with Adobe Premiere
Understands video editing best practices
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
1 year of experience editing promotional videos
Experience with After Effects and other Adobe products
$15-$20/hour based on experience
